Leon has gained 30 years of experience in the energy and heating industry with over 15 years’ experience in Asia. I am a motivated and experienced business development professional with a passion for the energy transition and a desire to make a difference. I build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the energy industry in Asia-Pacific (APAC), predominately in Japan.

The energy market is becoming increasingly complex. As consumers become more empowered and as energy systems around the world decarbonise, there is a need to understand both the generation and demand side to effectively navigate the rapid changes occurring. The liberalisation of the Japanese energy market started much later but is catching up quick and has some unique features and challenges. Our clients have different preferences, which makes it a very fascinating business.

I am very eager to assist our clients in how to navigate the energy transition and helping them to develop their businesses and launch successful propositions for their customers, and thereby accelerate the energy transition.
