Rici helps colleagues to manage data better and improve the insights we provide to our customers.

As a Consultant at LCP Delta, she oversees the management of all our market data and insights, as well as supporting colleagues to provide insights instead of numbers by using tools such as Power BI. Rici also works with colleagues in LCP to set an ambitious pathway for the company to become net zero carbon and continue to reduce our impact on the climate crisis. Previously, Rici worked in the consulting team and is an expert in decarbonising heat.

Outside of the office, Rici enjoys cycling, music and spending time with her wee daughter.
