Andrew Conway

Andrew has working in sustainable energy consultancy, strategy and policy making since 2010. At LCP Delta, Andrew leads projects across low carbon technologies, provides strategic advice and policy development. Before LCP Delta, he spent 4 years at Ofgem working on strategic decarbonisation projects as a senior manager, including: leading the internal strategy on heat decarbonisation and local energy planning, helping to set up the Low Carbon Infrastructure strategic change programme, setting up the Net Zero Advisory Group, co-authoring the Decarbonisation Action Plan, and as a policy manager on the Access Significant Code Review.

Before Ofgem, Andrew spent 7 years as a sustainable energy consultant (at Mott MacDonald, Poyry and HIS CERA), working on policy, due diligence, research, and techno-economic analysis for clients in Europe, Asia and Africa. He holds an MSc in Renewable Energy and a BSc in Physics.
